Sales person was helpful and informative. Financial manager nearly lost Jones the sale. Figures were incorrect and his demeanor and attitude was unappreciated. Rushed through process like bothered by the whole process.
Passing through and was looking to charge, happy to see not only that they invested in the equipment but the prices were beyond reasonable. Incredibly jealous that I don’t have a dealer in Erie that offers this type of post-purchase support.

The company truck broke down, and I work for the sinclar oil corporation based in Houston, Texas. I work in management for sinclar out Tulsa Oklahoma . I was told by my boss in tulsa oklahoma to buy a 3/4 ton diesel v 8 truck heavy duty transmittion 4x4 at Jones. The salesperson was terrific. The sales person received the payment for the truck. The sales staff was very helpful with providing information about each of the vehicles we were interested in test driving. Our salesman helped us make our selection and explained the ordering process. After we ordered our car he kept us up to date on the production of our car and the delivery. Once our car was delivered to Jones our salesman promptly informed us.

Mike and Scott in service were great to deal with while we had car issues during our camping trip in Tidioute. They informed me i still qualified for a free tow, and once diagnosed, they actually had the part needed for repair and got it done within 24 hours of being towed to their facility, all the while they were short-handed that week. Thanks again for getting our family back on the road!

First off my wife’s name is Kelly, not Kevin. She is the one who took the car in for service. Had a fault code that had to do with a engine misfire while driving in the rain. Nothing was done to prevent this from happening again. Seems like an electrical problem that will continue every time it is wet out.
