Sales person was helpful and informative. Financial manager nearly lost Jones the sale. Figures were incorrect and his demeanor and attitude was unappreciated. Rushed through process like bothered by the whole process.

Passing through and was looking to charge, happy to see not only that they invested in the equipment but the prices were beyond reasonable. Incredibly jealous that I don’t have a dealer in Erie that offers this type of post-purchase support.

My car, which I purchased at Jones Chevrolet, last year, had an issue with a tire, caliper problem. Mike, from the Service department, met me at the service area and looked at the tire. He ordered the part and said it would be done in a few days. They gave me a loaner car and he called the next day to tell me they received the part and the tire was fixed! I was so very happy because I was driving to Wisconsin in a few days to see my family and I was worried I wouldn't be able to go! Thank you Mike and the staff who made this happen!

I had a great experience at Jones. The company truck broke down, and I work for the sinclar oil corporation based in Houston, Texas. I work in management for sinclar out Tulsa Oklahoma . I was told by my boss in tulsa oklahoma to buy a 3/4 ton diesel v 8 truck heavy duty transmittion 4x4 at Jones. The salesperson was terrific. The sales person received the payment for the truck. The service department was able to put the oklahoma commercial plate on the truck. The sales person faxed the paperwork to the office in tulsa . The went to the oklahoma service center faxed the oklahoma registration back to me. The fully serviced the truck. Oil change. It was quite a drive back to Tulsa Oklahoma. 1,250 miles. The truck was a fantastic great trip. Terrible traffic in Cleveland, Columbus, indy and especially St. Louis. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Jones they are the best. So far I drove the truck all over Oklahoma, most of texas , kansas, Nebraska and south and north Dakota
